Logistics Coordinator | Premium Drinks & Wine Business

London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

£35,000 – £39,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with an established and growing premium drinks business to find a Logistics Coordinator who can play a key role in ensuring products move seamlessly from supplier to customer. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organisation where you’ll have genuine autonomy, visibility across the business, and the chance to make a real impact on operational performance.

Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams, you’ll become the go-to person for inbound logistics, stock movements, imports, exports and warehouse coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing inbound shipments from purchase order through to stock arrival.
  • Coordinating imports, exports and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
  • Monitoring shipment performance, stock landings and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate ERP system data and stock records.
  • Managing freight quotes, shipping costs and supplier relationships.
  • Supporting customers and internal stakeholders with logistics-related queries.
  • Investigating shipment discrepancies and driving solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance service levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, operations or import/export coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships internally and externally.
  • Wine industry experience would be highly advantageous.
