We’re partnering with an established and growing premium drinks business to find a Logistics Coordinator who can play a key role in ensuring products move seamlessly from supplier to customer. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organisation where you’ll have genuine autonomy, visibility across the business, and the chance to make a real impact on operational performance.
Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams, you’ll become the go-to person for inbound logistics, stock movements, imports, exports and warehouse coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound shipments from purchase order through to stock arrival.
- Coordinating imports, exports and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Monitoring shipment performance, stock landings and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining accurate ERP system data and stock records.
- Managing freight quotes, shipping costs and supplier relationships.
- Supporting customers and internal stakeholders with logistics-related queries.
- Investigating shipment discrepancies and driving solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance service levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, operations or import/export coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships internally and externally.
- Wine industry experience would be highly advantageous.
