Real Estate Finance/Secured Lending Solicitor (0-3 PQE) London
A West End law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a junior Solicitor (0-3 PQE) into their established Real Estate Finance department.
As part of one of the largest real estate finance teams in the mid-market you will advise on the property side/element of real estate finance transactions. You will act for lenders and the focus of your caseload will be secured lending, development finance and bridging.
The salary range for this role is c.£55,000-£65,000 + bonus.
The law firm in question have a strong reputation, provide excellent training, have modest billing targets and offer a competitive bonus scheme for their fee earners.
NQ’s are welcome to apply, however you must have completed a specialist secured lending/property finance seat during your TC, or possess previous Paralegal experience.
