Employment Solicitor | 5-7 PQE | Manchester Austen Lloyd is working with a leading commercial law firm in Manchester on the recruitment of an Employment Solicitor at 5-7 PQE into its Legal 500 ranked Employment team. The firm has a long-standing presence in the regional market and acts for a broad client base across multiple sectors, with a particular strength in retainer-based advisory work. The Role The team handles a varied senior caseload, including: – High-value tribunal claims, including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal – Senior executive appointments, exits and restrictive covenants – Restructures, redundancies and TUPE – Urgent injunction and confidential information matters – Day-to-day strategic advisory work to HR leaders and boards through a large and growing retainer practice The role involves end-to-end management of both contentious and non-contentious matters, with direct client access and genuine autonomy from day one.
