About the role

This position joins our UK marketing team to deliver the brand marketing strategy for our Consumer brand in the UK, and it arrives at an exciting time for the BRITA brand, with our launch of our first global brand ambassador and a continued focus on brand as a business driver. You’ll lead on campaigns and delivery, acting as the brand custodian in the UK, look after sponsorships and partnerships, influencer marketing and everything else brand related for BRITA UK. You won’t be doing this on your own, you’ll be working with an established agency partner as well as leading a small team to support you and collaborating with the wider marketing team in the UK and stakeholders at group to get things done.

This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

This is a hybrid role based at our Bicester office, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.

To be successful in this role

You’ll be an experienced marketeer, with a successful track record of delivery of brand marketing strategy in a consumer space, and a real love of brand, ideally combined with knowledge of sponsorship and/or influencer marketing. You’ll need to be comfortable briefing and working with external partners, have a truly commercial mindset and be used to taking ownership of activity and making sure it is delivered. With a small team to manage, you’ll be used to leadership and delegation, and be used to working internally with other teams in sales or the wider marketing organisation.

Being a great collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills is going to be at the heart of the job, as will be having the proactivity to really get things done. Managing priorities, being adaptable and concentrating your effort where it is most effective are going to make the difference in this role, and to us as we continue to grow and develop.

What’s in it for you?

Annual salary of £48,000 – £53,000 plus bonus

23 days leave per annum + bank holidays (increases with service)
