We’re recruiting for a Corporate Strategy Principal to join our team within Strategy, Product and Marketing for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a high‑impact opportunity supporting senior leadership to shape and deliver the Asset Management strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Asset Management strategy in line with key strategic priorities.
- Leading analysis and coordinating strategic initiatives, including market entry strategies and growth opportunities across geographies and client channels.
- Partnering with teams across distribution, investments, product and marketing to deliver cross‑functional strategic outcomes.
- Shaping and delivering initiatives to grow revenue, improve margins and enhance operational efficiency.
- Driving operating model improvements, including simplifying processes and supporting the adoption of new technologies.
- Leading and delivering consultancy‑style projects to solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
- Supporting corporate development activity, including evaluating opportunities, managing due diligence and contributing to execution.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in strategy, corporate finance or management consulting, ideally within asset management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the asset management industry and key drivers of growth and performance.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex strategic projects from concept through to execution.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
