Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who we are looking for

As a Technical Sales Specialist (Cisco), you will play a key role in equipping our wholesale channel partners with the knowledge and skills to deploy, configure, and support primarily our Cisco Webex and associated CX portfolio, including enterprise grade Webex Contact Centre. You will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programmes that ensure partners are proficient in solution architecture, integration, troubleshooting, and best practice deployment whilst offering a managed service solution for the more complex deployments.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Technical Enablement: Design and deliver in-depth technical training covering Cisco Webex, CCaaS, APIs, integrations, and Gamma’s associated services.
  • Hands‑On Training: Provide practical, lab‑based learning sessions including system configuration, provisioning, call flows, and feature demonstrations.
  • Certification Readiness: Prepare partners for Cisco and Gamma technical accreditations through structured learning paths.
  • Content Development: Produce detailed technical guides, configuration playbooks, solution diagrams, and e‑learning modules.
  • Solution Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Cisco Webex and CCaaS within Gamma’s wholesale partner ecosystem.
  • Partner Support: Provide technical knowledge transfer during partner onboarding and assist with advanced troubleshooting when required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams to maintain training content accuracy and incorporate platform updates and enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training delivery effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

What you will need

  • Strong technical background in Cisco Webex (Calling, Meetings, Messaging) or UCaaS based equivalent, and cloud contact centre platforms (CCaaS).
  • Experience delivering technical training or enablement to partners, resellers, or internal technical teams.
  • Proficient in solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration of UCaaS/CCaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (SIP, RTP, QoS, SBCs, firewalls) and how they impact UC and CCaaS deployments.
  • Excellent technical documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to mixed‑ability audiences.
  • Hands‑on experience with partner labs, demo environments, or sandbox systems.
  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, Cisco Webex Collaboration Specialist, CCaaS vendor certs) preferred, but experience will also be considered.
  • Previous exposure to channel/wholesale environments desirable.

What do we offer you

  • 25 days of annual leave plus an extra day off for your birthday, and a volunteer day to support a charity that matters to you.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay to support you as a parent.
  • Contributory pension plan with Gamma’s contribution varying based on your contribution.
  • Group income protection and life assurance (four times your salary) for your peace of mind.
  • Tax‑efficient share saving and share incentive plans to share in Gamma’s growth.
  • Private medical insurance through Vitality, extending to your immediate family.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme through Octopus and Cycle to Work scheme to support sustainable travel.

A few things to note

  • We cannot offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
  • This role is hybrid from our Manchester or London office or remote. Travel to partner site is required on a weekly basis.
  • If you feel you could be a good fit for Gamma but do not meet all the requirements, we still encourage you to apply as we may find the right fit.
