Principal Engineer — Scale AI Backend (Series A–C)

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Principal Engineer to join a high-growth, YC-backed AI startup in London, offering up to £270,000. This role focuses on scalable backend systems, working directly with senior leadership to tackle complex challenges and ensure growth.

The ideal candidate has a computer science background, hands-on Python experience, and a proven track record of guiding companies from Series A through to C.

Working arrangements include 3 days per week in the Central London office.
