This role will sit within our Strategic Change team who take the lead on strategic, operational and organisational projects supporting our Transformation agenda. As Senior Project Manager you will lead the new Sustainability Project, working with stakeholders across the Business to deliver the desired change.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a complex and highly strategic project
- Work closely with Business Leads from Sustainability and other Functions
- Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure appropriate oversight and control across the project
- Own key deliverables across the delivery lifecycle and apply appropriate methodologies to support project objectives
- Maintain the comprehensive delivery plan, risk & issue logs
- Manage and communicate interdependencies clearly
- Own project budget and forecast
- Update and maintain governance and portfolio level reporting
- Own resource forecasts and manage schedule and resource dependencies
- Highly organised, able to balance and prioritise multiple demands
- Strong core project management skills and comfortable leading and driving a plan, managing teams up to senior leaders
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering in large complex organisations such as FTSE250 companies or at top-tier professional services consulting firms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Sustainability and/or Compliance experience preferred
