Role

The VM Specialist will report into the Store Manager and will support the UK VM Manager, store management and the Sales Team. As an ambassador for the Longchamp company, you represent the brand image and embody its values at all times. This position plays a vital role in elevating the brand by producing eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store as directed by The Company VM. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the luxury Retail Sector, will be fully flexible and used to working store trading hours including weekends and late shift finishes. You will be comfortable working both front and back of house with excellent communication skills and a highly proficient level of written and oral English required.

The main responsibility of this role is to support the entire VM and store team in all day-to-day VM activities, which supporting front of house and customer service as required..

Responsibilities

  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store as directed by The Company VM.
  • Produce window displays, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays as directed by the company strategy.
  • To prepare the stock in advance of VM moves.
  • To have a good understanding and able to execute the VM guidelines.
  • Identify keyways of working and set a clear image of the result keeping an organised and clean way of working as your target.
  • Make sure that all VM props are organised, stored, and kept safe when not in use.
  • Devise, revise and present ideas as the products sell out.
  • Become an Ambassador for all VM requirements In Regent Street.
  • Liaise with suppliers and security as required to implement and facilitate a smooth a VM launch.
  • Along with management create a support team of VM leads in Regent Street to help with all VM needs for large launches.
  • Check window displays twice daily and tidy, maintain and keep clean all VM areas in the store on a regular basis.
  • Stock replenishment on sold items on display.
  • Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs; drive improvement through action plans
  • Identify commercial opportunities on the sales floor and in client behaviour
  • Ensure full engagement in store campaigns and product launches

  • Maintain the highest standard of personalized luxury service
  • Encourage and monitor CRM engagement, including new client capture and VIP retention
