Moneybox is looking for a Customer Care Team Lead (Maternity Cover, 12 months) to optimize customer operations while ensuring a seamless experience during sensitive customer journeys.

You’ll lead a team and support Care Executives while handling complaints and overseeing operations for vulnerable customers.
