Senior Ruby Developer – Leading Health Tech – Hybrid

Industry: Health Tech (Tech for Good)

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in Central London Office

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, AWS

Role

A backend‑leaning full stack role on a platform-focused team, working across APIs, integrations, and core infrastructure. You’ll have real autonomy and ownership whilst being part of a social team that celebrates wins together.

Responsibilities

• Work across APIs, integrations, and core infrastructure
• Develop backend services using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with front‑end teams on TypeScript and React/Vue.js components
• Manage and integrate with AWS services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience in B2B integrations
• Knowledge of TypeScript and front‑end frameworks (React or Vue.js)
• Familiarity with AWS
