Opportunity
Support the growth of our Partnership by contributing to the diligence, assessment, and seamless integration of advice firms. Taking day-to-day ownership across key elements of selected transactions, you’ll help ensure that acquired client books and firms are transitioned efficiently, compliantly, and with minimal disruption to both clients and advisers. This role plays an important part in delivering a smooth onboarding experience, aligned to our adviser lifecycle strategy and long‑term partnership goals.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week from the Swindon office.

Key Accountabilities
- Support operational, financial, and client book analysis on acquisition targets, including adviser and client data insights.
- Contribute to diligence reports and integration risk assessments to support internal decision-making.
- Build and maintain models, dashboards, and templates to assess financial performance and client segmentation.
- Assist with integration planning, including client transitions, data migration, and alignment to systems and processes.
- Track integration progress, monitor KPIs, and maintain clear documentation and project timelines.
- Provide general analytical and operational support, including reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1–2 years’ experience within intermediated/retail financial services and/or exposure to project management, acquisitions, diligence, or integration.
- Good understanding of the UK financial advice market, including FCA regulation, adviser models, and client servicing approaches.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess commercial performance and identify risks and mitigations.
- Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational, project, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, flexible team player with high emotional intelligence, able to work independently and support sensitive adviser and client transitions.
