• Strong experience in end-to-end Oracle Retail implementations
• 2+ implementations on MFCS v24+
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Retail Cloud v25
• Deep knowledge of:
• MFCS
• ReSA
• ReIM
• Upstream / downstream integrations
• Custom applications within the retail ecosystem
• Proven experience in Tier-1 retail transformation programmes
• Strong background in leading solution architecture and design workshops
• Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and IT teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and fit-for-purpose solution designs
• Good to have skills : Experience working for Ecom Retaile
