Full Stack Engineer

We are partnered with a well-funded, early-stage fintech building critical infrastructure for the digital assets industry.

They are looking to make their first full-stack engineering hires to join their London team. This is a ground‑floor role at a company with serious momentum – you’ll be working directly with the CTO and shaping the product from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining backend services that power reserve monitoring and compliance reporting – primarily in Python/FastAPI
• Designing and integrating connections to financial data providers and banking APIs
• Developing frontend dashboards in React that make complex financial data clear and actionable for clients
• Contributing to architectural decisions as one of the first engineers on the London team
• Helping establish engineering practices and standards from the ground up

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Python experience, ideally in data-intensive or financial applications
• Solid full‑stack capability – comfortable across backend services and React frontends
• High agency: you take ownership, move fast, and work well without hand‑holding
• Comfortable in an early‑stage environment where requirements evolve
