You will join a lean, high-impact strategy team to build the internal AI systems that will transform how this publicly listed technology group operates. From automating service desks to building M&A integration tools, you will ship production-ready Python applications that turn organizational data into a structured, actionable knowledge layer.

What You Will Do

• Rapidly prototype and ship internal AI applications that remove friction across sales, service desks, and M&A integrations.
• Build a structured knowledge layer using MCP servers and direct APIs to pull data from Snowflake, Zoho, and Microsoft 365.
• Implement robust LLM observability, evaluations, and security guardrails to run AI agents within a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate

• Strong software engineer proficient in production Python with hands‑on experience shipping RAG and agentic systems.
• Deeply familiar with context engineering and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to manage data at an organizational scale.
• A bias for action who already uses AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex) to accelerate their own development workflow.
