Role Overview
The Change Integration Manager plays an essential role within the Change Integration function, serving as a strategic partner and effective support to the Group Head of Change. The position ensures smooth execution of daily priorities, fosters cross‑functional collaboration, and drives progress among Change, Technology, and Data teams. It also acts as Workstream Lead for the COO function, working closely with the Strategic Planning Office to support the annual planning cycle and portfolio monitoring.
Leveraging expertise in programme delivery, continuous improvement, analytical precision, and cross‑functional coordination, the Change Integration Manager contributes to efficient operation of the Change function and sustains momentum on critical deliverables, enabling the Head of Change to concentrate on high‑priority initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal strategic partner to the Group Head of Change, providing comprehensive support and oversight of daily operations.
- Lead governance processes by managing tactical and strategic priorities, deliverables, and risks across verticals.
- Facilitate informed decision‑making through preparation of executive presentations, performance reports, budget analysis, and strategic updates for the Head of Change.
- Provide counsel and act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Change, stepping in as required to maintain delivery momentum.
- Lead resource management and capacity planning across Change, Technology, and Data teams to support the delivery of the strategic portfolio and smaller changes.
- Act as the Workstream Lead for the COO function, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Own the pipeline of initiatives, ensuring prioritisation and alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as the central coordinator for internal communications, promoting cross‑team collaboration and alignment across the Centre of Operational Excellence ecosystem.
- Promote a high‑performance and inclusive culture by embedding lean, agile and continuous improvement principles into day‑to‑day operations.
Skills & Experience
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Lean Six Sigma (desirable).
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; advanced Excel essential; Power BI a plus.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence.
- Project management and delivery tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
