About The Role
This role sits within the Global Customer Finance Operations team covering UKI, Nordics and NAM. We are focused on cash acceleration, billing accuracy, and customer experience. We look at leveraging AI‑led collections tooling (Attelas) to prioritise and drive productivity, and evolving towards a centralised, scalable, high‑performance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high‑volume customer ledger ensuring invoices are collected on time
- Proactively contact customers (email, phone, portals) regarding overdue balances
- Use AI‑driven tools to prioritise outreach and optimise collections performance
- Deliver consistent DSO and overdue reduction across assigned portfolio
- Monitor aging reports and elevate risks early
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to resolve disputes
- Investigate billing issues (POs, contract mismatches, incorrect invoices)
- Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to prevent repeat issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in high volume or SaaS finance department is strongly favoured
- Ideally AR / Credit control / debt collection background
- Proactive and motivated self‑starter
- CICM (desirable)
