Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Wellesley Road in Camden. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. You will use the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for. Wellesley Road has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care. The needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do every single day.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with family and friends, ensuring they feel welcomed, and keep healthcare professionals well‑informed.
- Keep the line manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress.
- Follow guidelines and policies and write care plans.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Completed or working towards a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Salary
£16.60 per hour
Working Hours
Bank (zero hour contract). Day and night shifts available (07:45‑20:15 and 20:00‑08:00).
