Scope of Role
The Curriculum Information Officer will be responsible for accurate administration and implementation of all aspects of the examinations and testing processes in accordance with the University partner and OnCampus Assessment Regulations. The role includes curriculum management, timetabling, communication to all stakeholders, and working closely with the student support team to implement the attendance policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer examinations and testing processes.
- Manage curriculum including timetabling and communication to stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor the attendance policy through daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
- Ensure compliance with inspection, sponsorship, funding and centre regulations.
- Follow up absences in keeping with the attendance policy.
Requirements
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent qualification with English and Maths at a level A to D.
- Experience working in an administrative position, preferably in education.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong database and MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
