Role Description

Airswift is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team on a hybrid basis. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, winning new business, delivering permanent hiring solutions, and placing top talent with global clients.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Deliver a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
  • Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.
  • Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Tenacious and determined to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented.
  • Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
  • A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done.
  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone based sales role preferred, but not required.
  • A decision maker and solutions provider.
  • Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services.
