About AIOS

AIOS is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. We’re a profitable, high-growth healthcare company with over 250 million USD ARR and more than 100,000 monthly patients.

Our master plan includes rapid GLP‑1 adoption, expansion across Europe, and a future where AI drives autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and full value‑chain integration.

Role Overview

As UK Talent Lead at Bolt Pharmacy (under AIOS) you elevate the talent density of the company. You protect an A‑player culture, build scalable People Ops systems, and ensure talent never blocks growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end hiring across Bolt Pharmacy: build pipelines, craft job adverts, run tight processes, coordinate interviews, drive offers, and close exceptional candidates across all functions.
  • Build repeatable sourcing engines for critical roles. Map talent markets, use referrals, proactively reach out to candidates, and keep warm pipelines ready.
  • Operationalize onboarding so new hires become productive quickly through strong onboarding practices.
  • Build and run core people systems: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records, payroll coordination, equity administration, HRIS/ATS health, compliance workflows, and documentation.
  • Assist managers in retaining strong performers, identifying high‑potential people, and addressing underperformance quickly and fairly.
  • Reinforce high standards, urgency, ownership, radical candour, care, and low tolerance for mediocrity across every new hire and team.
  • Plan workforce capacity: stay close to growth plans, seasonal spikes, and locum requirements so headcount never becomes the bottleneck.
  • Own relationships with locum agencies and recruitment partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Operator mindset: energized by close contact with work, not a back‑office HR role.
  • Talent acquisition experience: hired strong people across multiple functions with measurable impact.
  • Judgment: spot real ability, drive, and ownership beyond credentials and titles.
  • Sourcing chops: build pipelines yourself, not just manage inbound applications or agencies.
  • People ops experience: built core systems – onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS/ATS hygiene, payroll, documentation, and compliance workflows.
  • Performance support experience: help managers navigate performance issues and retention risks.
  • Ownership of culture: built or protected a high‑performance culture where people feel challenged and supported.
  • Organization and detail orientation: build simple systems that speed execution without sloppiness.
  • Leadership trust: comfortable working directly with senior leaders, including challenging them when needed.
  • UK employment law fundamentals: contracts, employee records, right‑to‑work checks, and compliance workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Startup or scale‑up experience in high‑growth, rapidly changing environments.
  • Agentic doer: take ownership outside your lane and solve problems quickly.
  • Regulated experience: comfortable with strict people‑process risk environments.
  • Systems thinker: look beyond immediate problems to fix the underlying system.
  • AI‑native: use AI tools to increase speed, quality, and output.
  • Clockspeed: quickly get dangerous in new areas.
  • Range: run several important workstreams concurrently without dropping the ball.
  • Networker: already know exceptional people you could bring into Bolt.

Our Cultural Standards

  • Belief in the mission to serve 100 million patients by 2035 and transform patient life.
  • Unwavering integrity and ethics in ambiguous frontiers.
  • Embrace challenges with conviction; keep moving forward at Day 1 pace.
  • Aim for insanely great execution; reject average and incompetence.
  • Commitment to candor and full transparency.
  • Maniacal sense of urgency and speed.
  • Enduring frugality: avoid waste and maintain disciplined spending.
  • Bulldozing barriers: culture of resourcefulness and independence.
  • Keep your head down: focus on impactful work over short‑term status.
  • Power of focus: pursue the one most important thing relentlessly.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: £75,000–£100,000 per year, including equity.
  • Benefits:
    • Comprehensive medical insurance (where applicable).
    • Personal development budget for books, courses, coaching.
    • Personal wellness budget for gym and health apps.
    • GLP‑1 membership at a clinic (where clinically appropriate).
    • Free weekly health coaching.
    • Free weekly work coaching to stay sharp and calm.
    • MacBook and work‑from‑home equipment provided as needed.
