GROHE, part of LIXIL, is looking for an accomplished Marketing Director to lead our Marketing & Product Management function across the UK & Ireland. This is a senior, high‑visibility role where you will shape market strategy, elevate brand performance, and lead a talented team responsible for product lifecycle, category development, and multi‑channel marketing activation.
You will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth across both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring our product and marketing plans meet customer needs, market dynamics, and global strategic direction.
What You’ll Lead and Deliver
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management and Marketing Activation team
- Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Set clear priorities, objectives, and development plans
- Ensure strong resource planning, capability building, and succession planning
- Build strong relationships with key customers and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver joint initiatives that strengthen market presence and commercial outcomes
- Partner with UK&I sales, operations, and European product/marketing teams
- Represent UK&I needs in regional and international forums, ensuring alignment with global strategy
Product & Category Management
- Own the full product and category lifecycle for the UK&I market
- Lead new product introductions, launches, and portfolio optimisation
- Ensure the product offer meets customer needs and commercial objectives
- Provide technical product understanding to internal teams and external partners
- Direct category analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Oversee competitor benchmarking and market positioning
- Use insights to shape pricing, product strategy, and marketing effectiveness
- Deliver regular reporting on product, category, and campaign performance
Marketing Activation
- Develop and execute customer‑focused marketing activation plans
- Oversee brochures, POS, displays, digital content, advertising, and email campaigns
- Lead ATL brand awareness campaigns with central teams and agencies
- Guide events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Own local website content and ensure digital touchpoints meet brand and commercial standards
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in marketing, product, or category management
- Strong background across B2B and B2C channels, ideally within a manufacturer or supplier
- Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills
- Experience working in an international matrix organisation
- Strong project management, prioritisation, and budget management skills
- Technical product understanding (advantageous)
