Responsibilities

• Engage directly with technical teams and executives at global insurance firms to lead platform onboarding and delivery.
• Build and maintain mission-critical systems using NextJS, Node.js, and GCP to support complex customer operations.
• Translate customer insights into platform features and deliver advanced reporting that provides visibility into claim processing.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of full-stack engineering experience with a modern stack including Node.js, Postgres, and Terraform.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate confidently in high-velocity, customer-facing environments.
• Thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by a high-intensity, in-person culture (6 days a week in London office).
