Manufacturing Operations Leader – Lean, Compliance & P&L

Stryker in Belfast is looking for a leader in manufacturing to oversee operations and financial results. You will ensure safe, compliant production while developing a high-performing team and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in manufacturing and 5 years in people management. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in regulated environments, such as FDA or ISO.

The position is on-site with potential occasional travel for business needs.
