Position
Sales Consultant – part‑time, 15 hours per week at Clarks Outlet Village.
Responsibilities
As the face of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service and detailed product knowledge, guiding customers from start to finish, offering fragrance consultations and hand/arm massages, and assisting with general store tasks such as stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

Excellent communication skills, confidence, positive can‑do attitude, high personal grooming standards, ability to work well in a team, drive to meet store and personal KPIs, flexibility in working arrangements.
