Job Description

• Science Teacher / Science ECT.
• Inspiring and motivating the younger generation.
• Working alongside a team of fantastic Science Teachers.
• TLR opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and pastoral responsibilities.
• ECTs welcome: 1:1 mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in‑house and out‑of‑house training.

• MPS1‑UPS3 + TLR (size depending on experience).

Person Specification

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it.
• Strong academics across the board – degree, A Levels and GCSEs.
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a “Good” or “Outstanding” level.
• Must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers.
• Must be willing to listen to feedback.
