Are you a commercially driven account leader with a passion for winning in retail? Join Bayer Consumer Health and take ownership of a strategically critical grocery account, where you’ll shape joint business plans, influence senior stakeholders, and directly drive growth across the portfolio. You are a commercially astute account leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
You’ll bring
- Strong experience in UK grocery / retail account management
- Proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of category, brand, and commercial levers
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into action
- Confidence influencing and communicating with senior leadership
- Experience working cross‑functionally in complex organisations

Compensation and Benefits
Salary you can expect: Min £65,000 – max £75,000 pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
