Employee Relations & HR Operations Lead

Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton in Banbury is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead their HR team. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, coaching HR Advisors, and maintaining compliance with UK employment laws.

This hands-on leadership role offers flexibility with remote work 1-2 days a week. You will contribute to improving the employee experience while maintaining high service standards and team morale.

Salary ranges from £42,000 to £52,000, accompanied by a broad benefits package.
