MOT Tester

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: Flexible within centre opening times (to be agreed at interview)

Location: Stevenage

Looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join the team. If you’re MOT‑licensed, customer‑focused and keen to develop your career, this is a great opportunity with strong training and progression routes.

Responsibilities

• MOT Testing — Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and record results on the DVSA system
• Vehicle Services — Fit company‑approved products and complete a range of ancillary services
• Workshop Standards — Keep the centre and equipment clean, safe and compliant
• Customer & Sales Support — Promote products and services in line with company procedures
• Team Collaboration — Follow management instructions and support centre operations
• Wear company‑provided uniform and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Valid DVSA MOT Tester Licence
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team approach
• Flexibility to work within centre opening hours

Hours

Centre opening times: Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6:00pm; Sat: 8:30am–5:00pm; Sun: 10:00am–4:00pm. Your working pattern will be agreed at interview.
