This is a high‑ownership role with real autonomy. You’ll shape the vision, own the roadmap and lead discovery, not support someone else doing it.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the product roadmap and shape strategy in partnership with the MD
• Lead customer discovery and turn insight into shipped improvements that matter
• Line‑manage a small team – conduct regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews, and day‑to‑day guidance to support their development
• Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering to deliver high‑quality releases
• Lead on pricing, packaging and go‑to‑market decisions for new features
• Be the credible product voice with customers, in sales conversations and internally

What we’re looking for

• Senior PM or Product Lead experience in B2B SaaS
• A track record of shaping product vision, not just executing against one
• Strong discovery instincts and a data‑driven approach to outcomes
• Technically fluent and comfortable influencing without direct authority
• Thrives in a small, fast‑moving team with real ownership
• Genuine influence over a product 80,000+ people use every day
