Strategic Quality Improvement Manager (West Midlands)

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the West Midlands. This role is crucial in ensuring high standards of care across various facilities and supporting the Clinical Director in delivering the Exemplar Quality Strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse ideally with a degree, competent in coaching, and possess exceptional communication skills. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to implement improvement strategies and develop quality standards.
