Business Development Manager | Cosmetic Cartons | Midlands & East Anglia | Up to £70k

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing new business opportunities within the cosmetic carton packaging sector across a range of beauty and cometic brands
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business growth and repeat revenue
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and lead generation through to quotation, negotiation, and account development
  • Working closely with internal design, production, and technical teams to ensure packaging solutions meet client specifications and expectations
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements while maintaining profitability targets

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience within business development, ideally within carton packaging
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to present to clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts within a fast-paced environment
