Role
We are looking for a qualified Senior Support Worker to join our team. The post holder will actively participate in supporting the team, monitoring and ensuring that the service delivery meets statutory and regulatory requirements, and developing and maintaining person‑centred care for our service users. The role involves enhancing performance, promoting constructive feedback and maintaining a safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in HSE or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of significant supervisory experience in a relevant care setting within the past 5 years.
- Experience supporting people with autism and challenging behaviour for at least 2 years.
- Experience with Autistic Spectrum Condition.
- Must have a UK valid driving licence.
