Complex Care Assistant: Growth, Training & Impact

Innovate Care Group is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide outstanding care for a male client with complex needs in Peacehaven. This full-time position offers a pay rate of £14–16 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Candidates must have at least 12 months of home-care experience and a valid driver’s licence.

You will assist with daily living, implement care plans, and administer medication while promoting the client’s independence and wellbeing. Full training and career growth opportunities are provided.
