Salary

£49,007.86 (inclusive of shift allowance and contractual overtime)

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday rotating on a 2‑shift system – Week 1: 6 am – 2 pm, Week 2: 12 pm – 8 pm

Your Impact

• Maintain and develop site equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality and food hygiene standards.
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of all equipment as required.
• Provide quick and effective reactive breakdown maintenance of site equipment.
• Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders to ensure departmental goals and priorities are achieved.

Your Ingredients for Success

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent in mechanical or related field (Time Served Apprenticeship preferred).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with workshop machinery, including lathe and mill (and similar).
• Manufacturing environment experience is advantageous.
