The Role

Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, assisting with diary management, correspondence, and general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and general support to the Senior EA & CEO
  • Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
  • Provide e‑mail management support including organisation and filtering of e‑mail inbox
  • Assist in arranging travel, accommodation and occasional personal bookings
  • Helping organise weekly priorities and updating trackers
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support to assist the smooth running of the office
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively
  • Support the Senior EA on executive office projects, events and ad hoc tasks as required
