About the Team Assistant role
This is an exciting Team Assistant opportunity to join a growing team and will suit someone wanting to develop their career in a commercial and high-achieving environment. The duties for this Team Assistant will be varied and include:
- Supporting wider team members with adhoc requests Personal PA support to 2 Partners such as organising dry cleaning, private restaurant bookings, holiday arrangements
- Support of the marketing function with administration
- Weekly food shop for the office
- Handling incoming telephone calls and redirecting as necessary
- Printing and binding presentations
- Meeting and greeting guests
Candidate Specification
- Previous administrative experience; ideally within a fast-paced financial services firm, however other industry-experience will also be considered
- Ability to speak another language as well as knowledge of Salesforce highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
