Real Estate Paralegal

Our client, a top UK law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Sales & Resales Paralegal, situated in their wider Real Estate team.

This is a vastly experienced and professional team at the heart of the business, with dedicated Partners working on a wide variety of property transactions. This role will give the successful candidate outstanding exposure to a broad range of property work in a busy team.

As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Managing your own caseload of high-volume property sales, handling shared ownership and outright sales
• Dealing with all aspects of post completion
• Assisting and managing caseload of leasehold properties
• Providing support to Fee-Earners
• Dealing with Land Registry portals/applications and reviewing title documents
• Conducting legal research
• Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders on a regular basis
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:

• Have a completed law degree (LLB or GDL)
• Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Have experience dealing with shared ownership transactions (ESSENTIAL)
• Have experience using the Land Registry portal (ESSENTIAL)
• Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
