About the Role

UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)

We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well‑established service supporting six individuals with learning disabilities.

Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence while providing 24‑hour support.

• Finances
• Accessing the Community

About the Service

• A welcoming home spread across three floors
• Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms
• A fun, friendly environment where everyone enjoys activities such as arts & crafts, swimming, shopping, coffee trips, and walks

Shift Patterns

• 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
• 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm
• 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• 8:00 pm – 7:30 am (Waking Night)
• 9:30 pm – 7:45 am (Waking Night)
• 10:00 pm – 7:30 am (Sleep‑In)

Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts, including some sleep‑ins.
