Residential Care Worker — Children & Young People

Barnardo’s, the UK’s largest children’s charity, is seeking a Residential Children & Young People’s Worker based in Leicestershire. This full-time role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 8–18 who have experienced trauma and loss.

You will build trusting relationships, support emotional well-being, and work collaboratively with families and professionals. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred, along with resilience and teamwork skills.
