Lettings Property Manager – 120-Property Portfolio

Westcoast Properties in Bristol is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 properties. You will manage property inspections, compliance, and support tenants and landlords during their tenancy.

This role requires excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and preferably an ARLA qualification. The position offers a salary starting at £28,000 annually and benefits such as 22 holidays plus bank holidays.
