Housing Navigator: Tenancy Support & Outreach

BARCA-Leeds in Leeds is seeking a Housing Navigator to work with people who are or have been homeless. This role involves supporting individuals intensively to improve their personal and social skills and empowering them to sustain their tenancies.

Successful candidates will apply proactive and creative solutions to meet individual needs, and must have the right to work in the UK. This is a fixed-term contract until 31/03/2028.
