Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all guest rooms are fully replenished with amenities, linens and supplies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping enquiries.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.
- Follow all housekeeping procedures and brand presentation standards consistently.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or damaged items promptly.
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, clean and welcoming condition.
- Support deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold all health, safety and hygiene procedures and company policies.
Core Competencies / Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate operational needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive, service‑driven attitude.
- Physical capability to carry out the operational demands of the role.
