Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) – DRIVER WITH OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED

Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible shifts available any time between Monday and Sunday, 7am – 10pm.
Eligibility
Applicant must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Must be able to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting, maintaining their dignity and comfort.
- Support clients with daily activities: meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Conduct routine wellbeing checks to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding client privacy, health and safety and care standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
- Positive, friendly and supportive demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills – able to interact effectively with clients and families.
- Collaborative, willing to work in a fast‑paced environment and support colleagues.
- Flexible – ready to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Diligent – perform care tasks and wellbeing checks with professionalism.
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
- Own vehicle and willingness to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.
