At Daksta, we specialise in placing top talent into the Data Centre market. Following a record breaking quarter, we’re expanding our team and looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us.

If you have tons of ambition, a good work ethic, money motivated and bags of positive energy, we’ll give you the platform to succeed. Recruitment is a sales role and all around building relationships. Our next Academy is kicking off in September 2026!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ambition and resilience
• A passion for success, goal driven!
• Willingness to learn
• Sales or recruitment experience a plus (but not essential)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and managing your own client and candidate network
• Cold calling/ Business development
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs
• Sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Developing your niche within high-growth, high-demand markets
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
