Senior Care Lead — Dignity, Independence & Kindness

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Sheffield, where kindness is at the core of everything we do. In this role, you will plan and implement care for residents while leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest care standards.

You will assist with physical and mental stimulation activities, administer medication, and develop strong relationships with residents and their families. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care is preferred, along with a commitment to continuing education.
