The hotel is a stunning Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey‑coloured Bath stone and is surrounded by four acres of multi‑award‑winning gardens. We have been winning awards at 5‑star level for over ten years.
Service Charge
We pay our team service charge each month! The service charge is pooled and 100 % is shared among all team members. It can be in the region of £160 a month (close to £2000 per year) over and above base pay for a full‑time employee.

Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will keep all front‑of‑house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome our wonderful guests.
Qualifications
Experience in a housekeeping role or similar is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean rooms and lounge areas to maintain the hotel’s appearance.
- Check all areas of the hotel to ensure they are ready for guests.
- Lead by example and train less experienced staff.
- Maintain up‑to‑date COSHH training.
- Assist in cross‑department areas as needed.
