Cultural Venues Facilities Supervisor

Chesterfield Borough Council is looking for a dedicated caretaker supervisor to lead and coordinate the caretaking service across its cultural venues, including the Winding Wheel Theatre and 1435. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

This role involves ensuring the safety and upkeep of buildings, supporting a team, and adapting to changing operational needs. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as the venues operate seven days a week, including Bank Holidays.
