Overview

Sales Administrator

£25,000 – £27,000 per annum

Basildon, Essex

Permanent, full-time

Are you an organised, motivated individual with a passion for supporting sales success?

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support & Administrator to join a growing UK sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and follow up on sales leads via phone and email
  • Liaise with field sales executives on warm leads
  • Assist with reporting, database management & statistics
  • Record all sales activities in CRM systems
  • Cold-call prospective clients to expand the customer base
  • Maintain sales materials and compile monthly reports
  • Support with coordination of sales initiatives

About You

  • Experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
  • Knowledge of logistics is an advantage (training provided)
