Division
Enterprise Flex‑E‑Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.
Our Events Team is a dedicated specialist division, hiring a fleet of over 1000 golf buggies and ATVs to major UK events, and many industries on short‑ and long‑term hire, operating out of 3 locations covering the UK using our own fleet of transporters.

Responsibilities
As a Golf Buggy Technician within our specialist team you will be an integral part of our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring our large fleet of golf buggies and ATVs meets our high standards for hire.
Your day‑to‑day role will involve maintaining and repairing our fleet of diesel, electric and petrol vehicles and preparing them for short‑ and long‑term hire. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, replace damaged parts, and maintain vehicle service and maintenance records using our workshop system.
Technicians also attend customer sites for vehicle faults in our fully fitted out service vans. In summer season you may work on site at major UK events, which may involve overnight stays and weekend work with paid overtime allowance or on‑call bonus.
All day‑to‑day work requires compliance with depot health and safety rules, legal legislation, company policy, maintaining a clean and tidy working area, ensuring equipment safety and upholding security measures to prevent theft.
Qualifications
- Qualified technician holding an LCV Level 2 or 3 certification in the motor or motorbike industry (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of plant/agricultural machinery or groundscare machinery is advantageous.
- Time‑served mechanical experience is acceptable in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Flexibility, punctual and reliable, with a positive “Can Do” attitude.
- Full UK/Irish/EU manual driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
- Aged 21 or above.
